11 AI Agent Development Companies in Pakistan (2026): Who Builds What
Short answer: Pakistan has large AI service firms with hundreds of engineers, such as 10Pearls, Arbisoft, Folio3, CodeNinja and Systems Limited, and smaller specialists, such as RTC League for voice agents and Tezeract, Sparkix Technologies, Stixor and Neura Agency for AI agents and automation. Large firms suit long enterprise programmes; specialists suit a focused first agent at a lower price. Below we list 11 companies, what each one says it builds, and who it suits.
Disclosure: RixDigi, which publishes this page, is one of the companies listed. To keep it fair, the list is in alphabetical order, every fact comes from the company's own website or its public Clutch, The Manifest or CB Insights profile, and we link to each source. Facts were checked in October 2026; ratings and team sizes change, so confirm them before you sign anything.
How we chose these companies
- A team in Pakistan (head office or a large delivery office).
- AI agents, chatbots, voice agents, generative AI or machine learning listed as a service on their own website.
- Work for clients outside Pakistan.
We left out firms whose AI pages describe only their own products, and agencies that list no AI services.

How to choose between them
Start with the size of your project. A large firm brings process, security reviews and many people, but usually larger minimum budgets. A specialist brings speed and direct access to senior engineers. Either way, ask for a live demo you can try, a written list of what the agent may do, a fixed price for the first phase and full ownership of the code and data. Our AI agent cost guide shows typical prices and what drives them.
Frequently asked questions
Why hire an AI agent company in Pakistan?
Rates are the main reason. In our review of published 2026 rate cards, AI developer rates in Pakistan sat at roughly 28% of US rates. Every company on this list works for clients outside Pakistan. Pakistan (UTC+5) is four to five hours ahead of the UK, so a normal working day covers UK and EU mornings, and many teams also work evening shifts that overlap with US mornings.
Which Pakistani companies specialise in voice AI agents?
RTC League specialises in real-time voice and telephony. Folio3 and RixDigi also list voice agents, and CodeNinja lists voice and speech recognition.
How much does an AI agent cost from a Pakistani company?
Prices depend on scope. Our own public estimator starts focused AI agents at $5,000–$12,000 and chatbots at $2,500–$6,000. Larger firms usually quote higher minimums for enterprise programmes.
How were these companies ranked?
