1. Introduction

Welcome to RixDigi (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using our website (rixdigi.com), digital products, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to all site visitors, clients, and commercial partners.

2. Services Overview

RixDigi provides digital transformation, AI integration, and development services, including:

• Custom AI agent deployment and chatbot integration
• Business workflow automation and API integrations
• Web and software development
• Performance marketing and growth consulting

Project specifications, milestone schedules, and custom deliverables are governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or written proposals executed between RixDigi and the client.

3. Use of Website

Our AI automation services may leverage third-party foundation models, tools, or APIs (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Meta, or Zapier). You acknowledge that:

• Third-party platforms maintain independent terms of service, rate limits, and uptime schedules.
• RixDigi is not liable for upstream service interruptions, model deprecations, or policy modifications made by third-party API providers.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content, proprietary software architectures, graphics, branding, and text on rixdigi.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of RixDigi. Upon full payment of project fees, client-specific deliverables are transferred or licensed according to the explicit terms set out in the governing client agreement.

5. Payments and Refunds

• All payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice.
• Work commences upon receipt of the initial deposit (if applicable).
• Refunds are not guaranteed once the project has started, as services are customized and labor-based.
• In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be issued solely at RixDigi’s discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RixDigi shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of business revenue, or system downtime resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our aggregate liability for any direct claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service module in dispute.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Pakistan. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
